The Brains Behind the Reviews

Let me tell you a bit about myself.  If you have previously read my welcome page, you know my name is Candy and I am a senior at La Sierra University.

Although my major is communications and I really don’t have any special degrees for writing about food, I do enjoy food and I consider myself a pretty good critic when it comes to restaurants.  I figure what gives me the qualifications to write about such a subject, is that hopefully I have some things in common with you.  What I mean is, I am living here in Riverside and I get so tired of the chain restaurants here, so I felt like finding the best and sometimes the worst local restaurants around and writing about them. Giving you a quick summary of what to expect with each restaurant before each review, I hope will make what you’re looking for much easier and strike a cord to moving you towards some of the restaurants I have found.

I think you should take my critiques at face value…I hope that my critiques will at least spark some kind of fire and move you towards at least trying some the restaurants I have written about and then you can decide for yourself what you think about it.
